Class 1 Science Chapter 11 “Weather and Season” summary
Chapter 11: “Weather and Season” is all about different types of weathers and seasons. Weather and season both does not remain same always but the only differences are that, weather changes time to time whereas, seasons changes in few months. There are different types of weather such as –
- Sunny day: The days when it hot and sun shines brightly is called sunny day. We usually like to drink cold things and wear cotton clothes which help to feel better. During sunny day, we sweats and even the water feels hot.
- Cold day: It the days, when we feel cold and wear sweater and woollen clothes to protect ourself from cold. We usually eat hot foods and soup to feel better in cold day.
- Rainy day: Those day are the day, where rain fall. We also called it as monsoon season. We takes umbrella or wear rain coat to go out in rainy day. It feels dirt every where due to rain outside.
- Windy day: In windy day, air flow very fast. It feels chills like weather. Normally leaves fall up or sometimes trees. Sometimes, wind are very strong and convert into storms.
Similarly, like weather, season are also different types. They are summer, winter, spring and autumn season. They occurs 3 months each years. Though season are usually fixed in particularly months but weather can changes all of sudden.
